About Gwendolyn Hill

Growing up in a military family moved Gwendolyn from the East Coast to the West and throughout Europe. Eventually she planted her roots in Baltimore.  Gwendolyn was drawn to the cultural diversity, desirable amenities and close proximity to the Nation’s Capital, New York City, and East Coast.  Her personal journey and moving experiences nourished her knowledge of the real estate industry and inspired her career as a REALTOR®.

Gwendolyn instantly connects with her clients because she’s been in their position many times before. She understands firsthand, the emotional journey that people embark on when they buy or sell a home and this helps her to provide what each customer needs so they feel comfortable with the process. As a REALTOR® Gwendolyn sees her role as a facilitator and strives to accomplish the goals of her clients by finding out what works best for them.

Gwendolyn is committed to building relationships that last far beyond the finalized transaction.  Because of this she prides herself on bringing together a top team of professionals that work seamlessly to get her clients to the closing table.  Her team consists of mortgage brokers, inspectors, title companies, and other real estate professionals necessary to get her clients the results they deserve.
